Let’s Talk Loafers
Down under in Sydney, I can sometimes feel seasonal FOMO on certain trends. We’re currently in summer, and as much as it’s nice to wake up to the warm sunshine with coffee in hand, sometimes I want to bundle up like my European counterparts. I have always felt this way when living in Sydney. I guess it’s human nature to want what you can’t have. But there is one key item that fellow Aussies can finally jump on board with this season….
There are many chic, androgynous and feminine styles to choose from. My list is growing (one being the Prada Brushed Leather Loafers - waitlist pending) and the Chanel Lambskin Loafer. You know how much I love my South Korean brands, so when Yuul Yie released this two tone style a few weeks back I knew they were for me. The creamy tone is perfect for summer, but the black details make this style multi seasonal. They are also super flattering on the foot. Perfect with a mini skirt for a feminine feel, or styled with a straight leg jean and tank top for a relaxed off duty style.
